Gospel Coalition - Weekly Audio Messages

On this page you can see a schedule of audio messages by some of the speakers who will be at the Gospel Coalition conference in Chicago, April 21-23, 2009. These messages contain excellent content and are designed to introduce you to some of the quality speakers who will be at the conference. It is also designed to hone your skills in thinking about how to effectively live and proclaim the Gospel with those around you as we go through our 9 week study.

If you're new to downloading mp3 files here are some (hopefully) simple instructions:

1. Click on the underlined link next to the audio message title.
2. A new window will open up with 2 choices: "Download" or "Play."
3. If you want to play the message on your computer select "Play."
4. If you want to download the message on to your computer so that you can burn it onto a CD or copy it to your mp3 player select "Download."
5. If you select "Download" then select "Save" and then create or choose a folder on your computer (e.g. "My Music") then click "OK" or "Save."

This places the file onto your computer. Now you have a few options for listening to the audio file. One way is to play it on your computer. You can do this by locating it in the folder in which you saved the file, then double clicking on the file name it should open up your computer's player and play the file. A second way to listen to the message is to burn it onto a CD. You can do this by selecting the file, copying it, then putting a blank CD into your CD burner and proceding to burn the disc. Now you can take it with you! An even better third way is to copy the file onto an mp3 player. Now you can play it in your car (either with a cassette adapter or FM transmitter - both available at Target) or as you walk, jog, work out, sit, etc.
